Julie_web_flipped_smallNAIOP Minnesota has announced its 2015 Volunteer of the Year, with Julie Yeazle receiving the honor. The Volunteer of the Year recognizes the tradition of high quality activities made possible through the time and talents of NAIOP’s volunteers.

With nominations coming from NAIOP members, Julie, Director of Business Development for Anderson CC, was recognized for her many contributions with NAIOP. Having started as a Community Enhancement Committee volunteer and then chairing the committee for several years, Julie developed and led many events including coat drives, fundraisers and was the co-creator of Tilt-the-Kilt, which is on its 7th year of fundraising for NAIOP Minnesota’s charitable partner.

Julie also took on the opportunity to co-chair the Special Events committee and was instrumental in the continuing success of Awards of Excellence project competition and event, resulting in a highly successful industry event. In 2015, Julie also created a new social networking event for the NAIOP membership. Whenever there has been a need, Julie has answered the call to make it a rewarding, fun experience for those around her. Congratulations and on behalf of the NAIOP members, thank you Julie!
