Lisa DongoskePersonal Summary
As a kid growing up in Minneapolis, I had a lot of fun and never realized I’d fall into commercial real estate.

After graduating from St. Cloud State with a bachelor’s degree in business management and psychology, I began my career in property management at Towle Real Estate (now Cassidy) and from there commercial real estate became a field that was easy to love.  Now, after nearly 30 years in the industry, I’ve experienced a lot and am grateful to be in a job l truly love with Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq.

I am a past president of the Minnesota chapter of NAIOP, which I joined in 1994. I have served on numerous committees and am proud of all the incredible work done by this chapter to include NAIOP’s leadership in establishing the Commercial Real Estate Diversity Collaborative in 2010.  I am also a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).   I’ve earned a number of respected industry designations, including Real Property Administrator (RPA), Certified Property Manager (CPM), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP).
