Fulton voices concern over education finance legislation

In a letter to the Chair of the House K-12 Education Finance Division and each member of the Division, NAIOP Minnesota President Doug Fulton expressed the organization’s concerns over two pieces of legislation. House Files 3063 and 3699 both take voting power away from property taxpayers on school referendums and one shifts property tax burden onto business properties.
