Colleen Ayers

Colleen Ayers is the Assistant Director of NAIOP Minnesota. She manages chapter communications including the NAIOP Pulse, the Universe newsletter and Universe Express e-newsletter, as well as working with the membership and sponsorship committees. She’s a Minneapolis native who enjoys exploring the city in her free time.

Jennifer Umberger, PCM

Jennifer Umberger, PCM is a past co-chair of the NAIOP Communications Committee. As Senior Marketing Manager for Colliers Turley Martin Tucker, she is responsible for managing marketing, public relations, events, and community affairs for the firm. Jennifer was born and raised in Michigan and enjoys golf and travel.

Andy Kim

Andy Kim is the Business Development Manager for EVS, Inc., a Civil Engineering and Land Surveying firm.  He is a member of the Naiop Communications and Developing Leaders Committee.  He is a contributing writer for the NAIOP Pulse and NAIOP Universe.  Andy enjoys golfing, tennis, doing home improvement projects, and spending time outdoors. www.evs-eng.com

Tony Carlson

Tony is a Senior Analyst with the Minneapolis office of Grandbridge Real Estate Capital, one of the nation’s largest commercial real estate mortgage brokerage operations.  Tony is currently co-chair of the NAIOP Communications Committee, an active member of the NAIOP Developing Leaders Committee and a contributor to the Pulse.  In his spare time Tony enjoys spending time at the lake, playing hockey, and hunting and fishing.
